---
1. Build a Strong Foundation

Maths is like a building; every concept relies on a solid foundation. Start by mastering the basics, such as arithmetic, fractions, and percentages. If you’re struggling with advanced topics, revisit these fundamentals—they often hold the key to understanding more complex ideas.
---
2. Practice Regularly

Consistent practice is the cornerstone of maths success. Dedicate time each day to solving problems, whether it’s from your schoolwork, online resources, or our tailored worksheets at Primary Plus Maths. Regular practice not only reinforces your skills but also builds confidence.
---
3. Understand, Don’t Memorise

Maths is not about rote memorisation; it’s about understanding concepts and applying them. When you tackle a problem, ask yourself why each step is necessary. If you’re unsure, consult a teacher or one of our expert tutors for guidance.
---
4. Ask for Help

Never hesitate to seek help when you’re stuck. At Primary Plus Maths, we offer personalised support to help students overcome their challenges. Whether it’s through online tutoring sessions or school workshops, our team is here to assist.
---
5. Use Real-Life Applications

Maths is all around us—budgeting, shopping, and even cooking involve mathematical principles. Applying maths to everyday life makes it more engaging and helps you understand its importance.
---
6. Leverage Technology

Take advantage of technology to make maths fun and interactive. Apps and websites like Primary Plus Maths provide engaging games, quizzes, and resources tailored to your needs.
---
7. Develop a Growth Mindset

Many people think they’re “just not good at maths,” but this is a myth. With dedication and the right guidance, anyone can improve. Celebrate small victories and remember that mistakes are part of the learning process.

A message from the Founder:

Hello! 👋🏽
I'm Adil, the Founder of Primary Plus Maths.
After earning my Master's degree in Mathematics from King's College London, I spent over a decade teaching maths in secondary schools, where I took on a range of roles and responsibilities including working as an examiner, exam writer, and teacher trainer.
I now run Primary Plus Maths, a tuition service aimed at becoming the premier maths education provider globally. What sets us apart is the quality and dedication of our tutors, who are as skilled as qualified teachers and receive ongoing training directly from me. Unlike other services, I personally meet with every student and their parents, manage student progress, set tailored goals, and conduct regular progress reviews with parents. Plus- I've worked with many different qualifications, so we can support students with international equivalent qualifications as well.
We understand how challenging maths can be for some students and are committed to building confidence from the very first lesson. With our approach, you will see your child not only gain confidence but also excel in school assessments and be well-prepared for their GCSE, A-Level, or IB exams ahead of time.
Your journey with us begins with a Free Trial Lesson, where you get some valuable information about your child's maths and what the next steps are for them.
Once you have had your trial lesson and choose to go ahead our prices start from £26.99 per hour for one-to-one maths tuition.
Looking forward to helping your child succeed in maths!
Best regards,
Adil
P.s. if you have any queries you can contact us via our 24/7 Customer Service Chat.
